Adolfo Medina Haro is the founder and Managing Director of MEDINA HARO Y DENOGEAN. His experience in Leadership Consulting and Executive Search extends over 30 years.
Mr. Medina Haro began his career as a Partner with Egon Zehnder. In addition to his executive search practice, he served at the Global Training Committee. In this capacity, he participated In the development of the Management Assessment practice, as well as in the techniques for Candidate Evaluation used around the world.
He was later recruited by Heidrick & Struggles, to create their Mexican operation from scratch. As Managing Director, he led Mexico to reach the status of World Class operation, based on the quality of its services, project level, client caliber and revenue. He was also appointed to serve in the Global Quality Council. Under his leadership, Mexico won the firm’s International Quality Award.
He then founded Medina Haro y Asociados, now Medina Haro y Denogean. This is the leading independent Executive Search firm in Mexico.
In the year 2000, Mr. Medina Haro was asked by then Mexican President Elect, Vicente Fox, to support him in the recruitment of his cabinet.
Prior to his Executive Search career, Mr. Medina Haro was an Assistant Treasurer with JP Morgan and a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.
